Job Description

Responsible for the water treatment process and overall operations.
Monitor and make operational adjustments to optimize process efficiency.
Ensure water quality parameters are maintained as per guidelines provided by the Quality Department.
Maintain the required delta pressure in the Reverse Osmosis (RO) unit.
Handle the sanitation and maintenance of sand filters, carbon filters, and RO systems.
Ensure sufficient water levels are maintained according to production requirements.
Responsible for documentation and tracking chemical consumption.
Perform plant startups and shutdowns as required.
Operate and maintain analyzers, effluent transfer pumps, and final water filtration systems.
Monitor gauges and other indicators to ensure all machines are functioning correctly.
Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment.
Continuously monitor plant operations to ensure consistent production and quality, proactively resolve issues, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
