The Tracking Operator shall maintain a list of operational vehicles within their division.
The Tracking Operator shall ensure vehicle availability and coordinate with the technician to complete the installation of tracking devices without delay.
The Tracking Operator shall verify the installation, check the tracking system and its features, and obtain job card sign-offs from the Unit Head, Branch Manager, or Logistics Manager, as applicable.
The Tracking Operator shall monitor vehicle movements in real time and escalate any issues or panic alerts to the Unit Head, Branch Manager, or Logistics Manager, as required.
In coordination with the concerned superior, the Tracking Operator shall notify the Tracking Support Center (TSC) team in case of panic alerts.
The Tracking Operator shall follow up on the repair and maintenance of devices with the MeTL TSC Customer Care team.
The Tracking Operator shall prepare daily and monthly reports and submit them to the Unit Head, Branch Manager, or Logistics Manager, with a copy to TSC Customer Care.
