Job Description

Technical Support:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all IT-related issues through phone, email, or ticketing system.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting support for desktops, laptops, printers, email, and software applications.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
  • Assist users with password resets, login issues, and account access requests.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to L2 / senior support teams.
  • Support users with Microsoft Office, browsers, and common business applications.

Ticket Management:

  • Log, track, and update support tickets in the ticketing system.
  • Ensure timely response and resolution as per defined SLAs.
  • Follow up with users to confirm issue resolution.

IT Operations:

  • Perform routine system checks and basic monitoring.
  • Support network connectivity issues such as Wi-Fi, LAN, and printer access.
  • Assist in antivirus updates, patching, and system maintenance.
  • Support onboarding/offboarding activities including device setup and account creation.
