Job Description

Track and coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
Order supplies and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
Manage day-to-day orders and deliveries.
Minimize obsolete stock and ensure minimal business liability.
Schedule the supply of materials/components to meet production requirements and maintain minimum safety stock levels.
Generate and communicate supplier delivery schedules and forecasts to meet demand requirements.
Monitor inventory levels against agreed target levels.
Support inventory checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
Maintain warehouse organization.
Issue store stock as per end-user requirements.
Reconcile physical stock with system stock every month and share the report with the Finance Department and Plant Manager.
Liaise with courier services for shipment clearance, ensuring proper tracking, timely document submission, and payment processing.
Handle Finished Goods Store, Raw Material Store, Packing Material Store, and Engineering Store.
