Job Description

Maintain accurate physical stock of spare parts and engine oil (BGO)
Ensure proper storage, identification, and handling of spares and oil
Issue spare parts and engine oil strictly against approved job cards or invoices
Support service and spare parts billing as per approved price lists
Collect cash against billing and ensure same-day deposit into the METL designated bank account
Share bank deposit slip / proof with HO and branch in-charge on the same day
Maintain daily cash collection and deposit records
Prepare and share daily data and documents with HO for ERP posting (no direct ERP access)
Prepare and submit daily and monthly reports covering service job cards, spare parts, engine oil, billing, and collections
Monitor critical spare parts and engine oil stock levels and inform HO in advance
Maintain proper acknowledgments, documentation, and records
Support BSR audits, internal audits, and HO audits
Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, branch team, and HO teams
