Job Description

Operate and Maintain Equipment Safely: Ensure the shrink wrap machine is operated and maintained by safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines.
Perform Machine Startups and Shutdowns: Execute proper startup and shutdown procedures to ensure smooth and safe transitions during production cycles.
Monitor Machine Performance: Continuously observe the machine during operation to promptly identify and address any mechanical or technical issues, minimizing downtime.
Troubleshoot Minor Issues: Diagnose and resolve minor mechanical problems or production anomalies. Perform necessary adjustments or minor repairs to maintain optimal machine functionality.
Conduct Basic Maintenance: Regularly clean, lubricate, and inspect machine components to ensure they are in good working condition. Report significant malfunctions to the maintenance team for further action.
Adhere to Safety Standards: Follow all safety protocols and operating procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area free of hazards, and consistently use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
