Job Description

To ensure the daily log sheet is duly filled and maintained.
To Inform the Reporting Officer immediately if there is any breakdown.
To operate the machine, for all pack sizes and flavours.
To ensure machine settings are as per standards.
To ensure GHK and GMP to be adhered according to sop of machine.
To ensure maintenance schedule is done in time and adhere to task list given.
To ensure to keep safe custody of tools, machine components, change parts.
To responsible for all the machines parts and components during Maintenance and the idle time if any.
To strictly maintain the shift reporting time and break timings.
To follow the instructions as given by Superiors.
To ensure timely communication for raw material, consumables of machine to reporting supervisor
To carryout changeover as and when required.
To ensure the proper communication during handover of responsibility to the next shift.
To ensure to take responsibility of trouble shooting in times of breakdown.
To ensure the utility requirements-air, chilled water, power is according to machine standards.
To ensure the machine safety and men safety interlocks are in place.
To be aware of usage procedure of fire extinguisher.
The operator is expected to accept the shuffling of location of responsibility during the need of hour basis.
The operator is expected to accept any other job assigned by management at any given time during the period of employment
The operator should adhere to guidelines of do’s and do ‘not’s list given by his Reporting Officer.
To perform & ensure daily cleanliness of the machine and surroundings.
Without handing over the charge, you are not supposed to leave your machine or work area, Obtain Permission from the reporting officer before leaving.
To do any related job as assigned by the reporting officer.
