Job Description

Perform daily routine periodic minor and major service activities for 2WH and 3WH vehicles.
Educate customers about periodic and major services.
Promote the benefits of using genuine spare parts for vehicles.
Provide technical input to service advisors and customers.
Complete daily service activities within the given timelines.
Ensure the quality of all repair work.
Promote spare parts sales according to management guidelines.
Attend outside breakdowns and provide immediate customer support.
Provide technical support during vehicle service camps and health checkups.
Maintain cleanliness of the shop floor.
Hold a valid 2WH/3WH driving license to attend field complaints (breakdowns) and provide resolutions.
