To arrange everything as per the Plan for Workshop & Field service activities like Service camps, Technician training, Job card making, Mapping (MFS,2S,3S, Boda Boda park, Fleet owners etc.) as informed by the RO
To Propose for the Suitable Channel Network development
To do the product feedback, Product Complaint analysis, Early Failure Reports, Market analysis Etc.
To provide awareness to customer on service-related activities.
To achieve the targets which was given by the RO
To collect spare parts and engine oil orders from networks, as well as meet monthly targets.
To ensure the technicians performance, guide them & report their performance
To be work anywhere in pan Tanzania as informed by the RO
To clear the payments (if any) with accounts before 4.30 PM (Saturday 1 PM) on everyday basis
Monitor service on wheels technicians -Ensure the adherence of their SOP
Quick resolution on customer concerns after discuss with the RO
On the absence of Reporting officer, need to Send the Reports to Reporting Officer Via Digital media and the same hardcopy need to submit with RO when he is available on the next working day.
Should have a valid Driving license
To do the FCR entry everyday (Total count -as per the target given by the RO)
To maintain the allotted belongings properly if any damage they need to bear the expenses
In case of misbehaving or wrong attitude with the colleagues was reported will be leads to take Strong action from the management Side
To assist on other work-related tasks as and when required & informed by RO
