Job Description

Supervise and manage a team to ensure optimal service levels and the effective distribution of company products to the designated customer base.
Lead, train, and coach team members, fostering their professional development and ensuring adherence to company standards.
Implement and oversee company strategies and plans within the assigned area, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Monitor and control product wastage across all routes and outlets under supervision, implementing measures to minimize losses.
Accurately forecast and order the appropriate volume and mix of products to meet the needs of outlets, adhering to company standards.
Ensure all sales routes under supervision have up-to-date route plans, optimizing efficiency and customer service.
