Job Description

Manage the Entire Sales Team.
Achieve the monthly target for the month set by the company.
Make arrangements for distributing the target and breaking it into day, week, and month and following daily.
Create market demand.
To make sure that all products under supervisory are well visible and displayed.
Make sure that all saleslady follows company protocol and SOP.
Keep discipline in the sales team.
Analyze the sales data and update the management.
Share and understand the market position and give an update with a solution.
Decide on the pricing and compete with the competitors with the approval from the management.
Calculate the commission and get it approved by the management
Ensure that all vehicles are in running condition and go on rote daily.
Make sure and control the outstanding if approved by the management.
Follow company procedure at all times.
Spend more time with the sales team and in the market to understand and evaluate the competitor's policy and products.
Make a comprehensive report on competitors’ brands and selling policies and strategies and discuss with management on forth nightly basis.
And other work that your reporting officer will assign.
