Job Description

Sales and Collection of payments of 2W,3W, and Spare from respective dealers as the prime target.
For any 2W, 3W, and Spare parts sales, targets given by management should be followed strictly and achieved monthly basis.
He should check the goods at the time of loading.
Before going to any dealer, he should confirm the dealer's availability.
Maintaining good PR with dealers and customers.
After delivering the goods he will clear proper documentation with signature and stamp and submit it to the reporting authority.
Collect all promotional items according to the invoice.
Monitor spare parts stock movement.
Stock Inventory Control and stock auditing.
Supervise Workshop operation.
Technical report generation.
New dealer activation should be on a monthly basis and submitted to the reporting officer
Making cold visits and generating leads on a regular basis.
Achieving weekly targets in 2W, 3W, and Spare and submitting daily and weekly Target vs Achievement reports.
Timely service to customer end to be ensured.
Take on tasks and projects as assigned by HODs, Showroom Staff
All the customer databases are to be maintained and shared periodically as instructed.
Answers correspondence from internal and external customers in a professional manner.
Utilize the transport allowances feasibly.
Sharing the expenditure report on allowances to the manager in charge daily.
Work locations may change as per business requirements and will have to travel and stay within Tanzania with prior one-week notice as per instructions given.
Attendance has to be strictly followed.
For any leave, he will take pre-approval from his reporting authority.
Punctuality to be maintained.
Do any other task assigned by your reporting office.
