Job Description

Preparing an Asset Development Plan and Execution
Making an Asset Development according to the SOP which will include:
Requisition Form
Approval and Documentation which will include Contracts & TRA licenses
Yearly Audit of Assets
Creating a Customer Visit program to drive Assets productivity
Controlling Target achievement by tracking the Asset VOP (Volume per outlet)
Preparing an Asset Register which will consist details of all Assets (Pushcarts, Motor bicycles/Tricycles/promotion items/Freezers/Ice boxes/Coolers). The following must be included in the Register:
Serial Number
Working Status
Last visit check
Mechanical/Fundi check date.
Develop goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity
Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals
Represent the company in event, conference etc
Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Ensures adherence to legal rules and guidelines
Gather analyses and interpret external and internal data and write report
