Ensure that designated routes are followed as per the supervisor’s instructions and provide timely updates on any challenges or support required during the route sale visit.
Maintain healthy customer relationships and ensure timely delivery of products.
Be self-motivated and achieve assigned sales targets within the specified timeline.
Ensure that customers are charged the correct prices as fixed by the company.
Maintain accurate records of customer-wise sales reports, fuel consumption, and other required documentation.
Attend daily review meetings after returning to the office and complete all settlement formalities, including cash deposits. Handle route sale cash with utmost care and ensure it is deposited with the cashier in line with the recorded sales.
Be well-versed with traffic laws and company regulations while delivering goods to customers, including proper parking and ensuring vehicle fitness.
Maintain a high level of safety awareness and practice defensive driving while delivering goods on assigned routes.
