Job Description

Handle the retail outlet as a profit center.
Increase sales using creative market strategies.
Achieve sales volume targets.
Ensure collections are deposited promptly.
Provide overall supervision of all operations.
Liaise with auditors and the accounts team for daily/weekly/monthly reconciliations (e.g., MIS reports, Z-reports).
Manage fuel stock dipping, ordering, receiving, and offloading.
Follow up and coordinate with government agencies for compliance (e.g., EWURA, OSHA, NEMC, district/municipal authorities, fire & safety, WMA, TRA).
Monitor and handle minor repairs.
Plan daily staff shifts (pump attendants) and monitor attendance.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).
