Job Description

  • To report on a daily basis to the Head of sales.
  • Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives.
  • Support also store manager/warehouse in charge of day-to-day operation work.
  • Evaluate his sales team performance in a weekly basis.
  • Reporting on regional sales results to concern head – like service & spares.
  • Forecast market demand in advance.
  • Identify hiring needs, and select and train new sales executives or teams also.
  • Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility.
  • Analyze market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
  • Address potential problems and suggest a prompt solution.
  • Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition.
  • Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Decide sales target according to the region in consultation with the sales Head and achieve every month.
  • Maintain discipline and make a conducive environment among the team.
  • Increase channel network and expand the business.
  • Submit every month's sales target and sales achievement to the sales head.
  • Daily market visits and make reports for competitor activities.
  • Assist team in sales, service & spares whenever required.
  • Assist in market mapping and submit reports to respective concerned.
  • Accomplishes department objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating department activities.
  • Any other task assigned by the reporting officer.
