Job Description

Responsible for the Operation of Physical refinery & Fractionation plants
Responsible to meet production targets and ensure that each plant is running smoothly and its rated capacity.
Preparation of daily production report and chemical consumption report
Responsible for the issue of required chemicals from the store
Responsible for the quality of the Refined Oil and make adjustments as necessary during shift to produce product within specifications
Identify and preparation of scheduled maintenance works during plant shut downs.
Maintain Mechanical breakdown and troubleshooting register
Responsible for work station assignments, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations of subordinates.
Responsible for maintenance works and Preventive maintenance in refinery and coordination with electrical and mechanical fitters to do the same.
Maintaining of shift log book and note down the problems facing during the shift.
Responsible for providing personal protective equipment for workers and ensure that the workers wear the uniforms & PPE properly.
Responsible for the losses control in the refinery operations.
Responsible for quality of the Refined Oil as per the standard/ as instructed by concerned.
Duties to be handover to the incoming shift supervisor before leaving the plant premises.
Responsible for the safety and security for all the company assets in Refinery.
Responsible to train the subordinates and new recruits
Operation of the plants within standard operating procedures (SOP)
Ensure a clean and safe work area in Refinery as per OSHA regulations
Responsible for shifting of used carboys and bags to store
Before starting the plant all the pumps , lubrication oil need to be check.
Before transferring the oil from plant or and other tank make sure the lineup is correct.
Other responsibilities as assigned by the Management time to time.
