Job Description

Ensure a good understanding of the machines.
Inform the reporting officer immediately in case of any breakdown.
Operate the machine as a responsible team member.
Strictly maintain shift reporting times and record breakdown timings accurately.
Follow all instructions given by supervisors.
Ensure timely communication to the reporting supervisor regarding raw materials and machine consumables.
Carry out changeovers as and when required.
Ensure proper communication during handover of responsibilities to the next shift.
Ensure that all machine and personnel safety interlocks are in place.
Be aware of the proper procedures for using a fire extinguisher.
Adhere to the list of dos and don’ts provided by the reporting officer.
Accept any other job assigned by management at any time during the period of employment.
Perform and ensure daily cleanliness of the machine and surrounding areas.
Do not leave your workplace without handing over the charge; obtain permission from the reporting officer before leaving.
Perform any other related tasks assigned by the reporting officer.
