Switching of Utility related Machines as per operational requirements responsibly.
Should follow rules & regulations as per standards. Do not work on line without proper PPE & safety measures.
Using proper tools as per machine standards. Maintain tools in good condition to avoid machine damage.
Maintain hygiene for the whole plant, inform in time for replacement of accessories & spares.
Carry out maintenance of all machines as per schedule.
Cleaning of machines as per scheduled maintenance chart.
Taking care of precise machine parts like sensors, valves, thermocouples, PLCs & drives when carry out cleaning schedule.
Observe & confirm blade changing/Sharpening/ Crushing Operations, support team if required.
Once blades replaced on crusher machines, cross verify & confirm if job was done according to the standard.
Carry out all necessary work to support machines installation task at Kibaha Unit.
