Monitor and clean spillages on the base powder belt, ensuring immediate reuse of spilled powder.
Adjust dampers for dust collection ducts on the first and second floors to maintain optimal performance.
Replace damaged cloths near feeding points to ensure equipment efficiency.
Check gearbox oil levels on belts and perform required maintenance.
Carry out tower cleaning ring operations as needed.
Regularly check all screws on the second floor to ensure proper functioning.
Monitor crutcher feeding into the rotating filter and prevent slurry overflow.
Prevent powder spillage on packing conveyors and drum mixture outlets.
Collect unspecific powder and send it for immediate reprocessing.
Clean rotating filters, perfume pump strainers, and magnetic filters at regular intervals.
Check perfume levels in the tank and arrange feeding as required, ensuring no spillage and returning empty drums to the warehouse.
Inform the Production Executive immediately of any abnormalities in the production process due to electrical or mechanical issues.
Ensure that no unauthorized persons enter the detergent control room.
Operate the plant in line with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and quality.
Suggest improvements for housekeeping and ways to minimize off-spec powder generation.
Hand over duties to the incoming operator before leaving the plant premises to ensure smooth transitions.
