Job Description

Responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of the liquid CO₂ (Carbon Dioxide) plant.
Participate in routine operations and maintenance of the CO₂ plant.
Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in the plant.
Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in the CO₂ plant.
Develop job competence of workers.
Ensure food-grade quality of CO₂ for beverage use.
Maintain and check CO₂ gas analysis records.
Monitor processes and make operating adjustments to optimize efficiency.
Perform plant startup and shutdown procedures.
Operate and maintain gas analyzers, pumps, CO₂ compressors, and refrigeration equipment.
Fully support and accurately maintain Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements.
Demonstrate required skill sets in daily operational duties.
Load and unload CO₂ transports when necessary.
Assist and work closely with senior technicians and operators.
Follow and ensure compliance with plant safety rules, regulations, and company safety procedures.
Implement loading and quality assurance policies and procedures (QMS/QMP).
