Responsible for the safe operation/maintenance of a liquid CO2 (carbon dioxide) plant.
Monitor/make operating adjustments to process for optimized efficiency.
Perform liquid plant startups/shutdowns.
Operate/maintain analyzers, pumps, compressors, and refrigeration equipment
Fully support, accurately complete, maintain, and instill corporate health, safety, quality, environmental policies/procedures, and relevant documentation at the facility
Observe gauges, dials, switches, alarms, and other indicators to ensure that all machines work properly.
Maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment. etc.
Constantly reviews the plant operation to monitor production and quality, anticipating and solving problems promptly, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Maintains adequate records of key production variables such as production volume, yield, plant uptime, utility consumption, etc. on a daily, weekly, and/or monthly basis, as required.
