Ensure a thorough understanding of the machine’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). • Accurately prepare, fill, and maintain the daily log sheet. • Immediately inform the Reporting Officer of any machine breakdown. • Operate the machine for all pack sizes as per the approved matrix. • Ensure machine settings comply with standard specifications. • Follow Good Housekeeping (GHK) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) as outlined in the machine’s SOP. • Ensure that the maintenance schedule is completed on time and according to the assigned task list. • Maintain safe custody of all tools and machine components. • Take responsibility for all machine parts and components during maintenance and idle periods. • Strictly adhere to shift reporting and break timings. • Do not leave the machine or work area without handing over charge; obtain prior permission from the Reporting Officer before leaving. • Follow all instructions given by superiors. • Communicate any machine malfunction promptly to the Reporting Officer. • Report to the machine area on time and do not leave the work area without permission from the Reporting Officer. • Ensure proper communication and documentation during handover to the next shift. • Take responsibility for troubleshooting during breakdowns. • Ensure utility requirements (air and power) meet machine standards. • Follow all machine safety protocols and ensure they are in place at all times. • Be willing to accept changes in assigned work location or area of responsibility as required. • Accept any other job assigned by management during the period of employment. • Adhere to the “Do’s and Don’ts” guidelines provided by the Reporting Officer. • Perform and ensure daily cleaning of the machine and its surrounding area.
