Job Description

Responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of the CSD Mixer machine.
Perform machine CIP (Cleaning-in-Place), startups, and shutdowns.
Monitor the mixing process to ensure products meet quality standards. Adjust machine settings as necessary to optimize production.
Identify and troubleshoot minor machine issues or production problems. Carry out minor repairs or adjustments to maintain smooth operation and minimize downtime.
Perform basic maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting machine parts to ensure they are in good working condition. Report major malfunctions to the maintenance team.
Adhere to safety standards and operating procedures. Ensure the machine and surrounding work area are clean, organized, and free of hazards. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
