Job Description

Operate and Maintain the CSD Mixer Safely: Oversee the secure operation and maintenance of the carbonated soft drink (CSD) mixer in compliance with safety protocols and standard procedures.
Perform CIP, Startup, and Shutdown Procedures: Conduct Clean-In-Place (CIP) cycles—automated cleaning of internal surfaces without disassembly—along with proper machine startups and shutdowns
Monitor Mixing Process and Ensure Product Quality: Supervise the mixing process to guarantee products meet quality standards. Adjust machine settings as necessary to optimize production.
Troubleshoot Minor Technical Issues: Identify and resolve minor machine malfunctions or production-related issues. Perform small repairs or adjustments to maintain continuous operation and minimize downtime.
Carry Out Basic Maintenance Tasks: Clean, lubricate, and inspect machine components regularly to ensure they remain in good working condition. Report significant malfunctions to the maintenance team promptly.
Adhere to Safety and Housekeeping Standards: Follow all safety regulations and standard operating procedures. Maintain the machine and surrounding work area in a clean, organized, and hazard-free state. Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
