Job Description

Maintenance

Responsible to maintain wash line machine condition clean & Tidy.
Report any malfunctioning machine operation immediately to supervisors.
Responsible for intime FG packing timely manner.
Ensure Metal Separation & Other Contamination segregation is done as per standards.
Ensure FG packing was done as per standards.
Take all safety precautions during operation and maintain a clean environment at the machine.
Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out within the time span & be specific to reduce the downtime of machines.
Responsible for verification of proper running of line machines in synchronous speed as per standard.

Production

Ensure the smooth operation of the machine with good quality & target Quantity of the product.
Effective coordination with subordinates as well as shift supervisor & Shift In charge.
Achieving better productivity of machine by ensuring of processing better quality PET Flakes, Preforms, Grinding by the system, and optimization of the plant process.
Maintain effective communication with opposite shift operators & Shift Supervisor through log book & production reports & records.
Follow the scheduled maintenance as suggested.

Quality

Ensure all operations related with finish goods running with good quality products throughout the shift.
Ensure & Record Quality of finish goods.
D marking Date, Weight& shift details on SFG bags for future traceability.
Responsible for stock arrangements of finish goods as per quality standards produced in shift.
