Responsible to independently perform routine testing analysis related to the raw material, chemicals and packing material in oil and soap, refinery and utility sections.
Maintain the analysis report as required by TBS.
Responsible for dosing Vitamin A dosing in the cooking oil and maintain the records.
Preparation of standard solutions and calibration of weighing balances
Preparations of daily lab analysis reports and submitted to concern department heads
Maintain the equipment & Glassware stock register.
Maintain the Chemicals stock register and provide prior intimation to plant in charge for procurement.
Adhere to laboratory safety and polices to follow stander operating procedures
Distillation of used ethanol and collection of distilled water,
Responsible for boiler water and fuel Analysis
Responsible for collecting and Analysis of market samples every month
Responsible for Maintain clean and safe work area in the laboratory
Suggest ideas/actions to improve product quality.
Responsible for safety and Security of Company assets in his Control.
Identifies need for changes and updates test methods and procedures as needed
Other responsibilities as assigned by the management time to time.
