Job Description

  • Provide first-line technical support to all users across offices and remote locations.
  • Log, track, and resolve IT incidents and service requests in the IT ticketing system according to defined SLAs.
  • Monitor and manage user access, password resets, and account provisioning in Active Directory.
  • Conduct user training and support for systems and applications as needed.
  • Provide first-line support for Loan Management System (LMS), Core Banking System (CBS), and GPS tracking software.
  • Troubleshoot software issues, liaise with vendors for escalation, and coordinate upgrades or patches.
  • Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) during system updates or rollouts.
  • Maintain inventory of IT assets, including computers, servers, network devices, software licenses, peripherals, and mobile devices.
  • Track asset lifecycle: procurement, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning.
  • Conduct periodic asset audits and reconcile with inventory records.
  • Monitor and maintain network devices, firewalls, switches, and ISP connectivity.
  • Manage antivirus/endpoint security, ensuring all systems are protected and compliant with IT security policies
  • Support CCTV, NVR, and IP PABX systems, ensuring operational reliability.
  • Assist in enforcing security policies, including access control, MFA, and RBAC.
  • Conduct periodic user account reviews, access audits, and compliance checks.
  • Ensure accounts are provisioned and deprovisioned in accordance with company policies and security standards.
  • Maintain response and resolution times as defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Escalate unresolved or high-priority incidents promptly to IT Manager or external vendors.
  • Track SLA compliance, report on performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation for systems, configurations, incidents, and procedures.
  • Provide monthly reports on ticket resolution, SLA adherence, and IT performance metrics.
  • Assist in audits by providing system logs, incident records, and compliance documentation Maintain response and resolution times as defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Escalate unresolved or high-priority incidents promptly to IT Manager or external vendors.
  • Track SLA compliance, report on performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement
