Job Description

  • Provide first-line technical support to all users across offices and remote locations.
  • Log, track, and resolve IT incidents and service requests in the IT ticketing system in accordance with defined SLAs.
  • Monitor and manage user access, password resets, and account provisioning in Active Directory.
  • Conduct user training and provide support for systems and applications as required.
  • Provide first-line support for the Loan Management System (LMS), Core Banking System (CBS), and GPS tracking software.
  • Troubleshoot software issues, liaise with vendors for escalations, and coordinate system upgrades or patches.
  • Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) during system updates or new rollouts.
  • Maintain an inventory of IT assets, including computers, servers, network devices, software licenses, peripherals, and mobile devices.
  • Track the asset lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning.
  • Conduct periodic asset audits and reconcile physical assets with inventory records.
  • Monitor and maintain network devices, firewalls, switches, and ISP connectivity.
  • Manage antivirus and endpoint security to ensure all systems are protected and compliant with IT security policies.
  • Support CCTV, NVR, and IP PABX systems, ensuring continuous operational reliability.
  • Assist in enforcing security policies, including access control, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and role-based access control (RBAC).
  • Conduct periodic user account reviews, access audits, and compliance checks.
  • Ensure user accounts are provisioned and deprovisioned in line with company policies and security standards.
  • Maintain response and resolution times as defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Escalate unresolved or high-priority incidents promptly to the IT Manager or external vendors.
  • Track SLA compliance, prepare performance reports, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation for systems, configurations, incidents, and procedures.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports on ticket resolution, SLA adherence, and IT performance metrics.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing system logs, incident records, and compliance documentation.
