Job Description

RECRUITMENT:
  • Raise MRF after discussing in depth the requirement with the requisitioner and send JD & MRF to Cluster head
NEW JOINER:
  • Open up the Personal File after checking all essential documents are in place
  • Enter data into payroll
  • Induction of new comer
  • Register on Biometrics
BRIOMETRICS:
  • Send Daily attendance to HOD generated from Biometrics and update the attendance as per the remarks from HOD
LEAVE FORMS:
  • Leave forms to be filled completely and filed in the personal file
UNION:
  • Attend all Union matters and advise Cluster Head and CEO accordingly
  • Participate in the CBA negotiations
  • Ensure CBA is adhered to and peace is maintained at work place
  • Keep the Union file up to date with all minutes of the meetings/notices/memos and any other communications
INDUSTIAL RELATIONS:
  • Always keep Legal Team and CH informed about all labor related issues conduct DM’s
  • Attend to Employee grievance on day to day basis and resolve at your level where ever possible
COMPANY POLICIES:
  • Ensure that company policies are posted on the notice boards and notice boards are well kept
VISITS BY OFFICIALS:
  • Welcome all officials’ visitors and inform CEO and CH about their arrival
  • Maintain Visitors book
CALIBRE INVENTORY:
  • Coordinate with HOD to ensure that the process goes smooth
  • Work with the PMS Team at the time of feedback sessions
