Job Description

Act as biometric attendance administrator.
Assist in payroll processing and salary administration.
Attend to employee grievances and disciplinary issues.
Provide general administrative support to the HR Manager.
Participate in performance management, reviews, and appraisals.
Assist the HR Manager in planning and coordinating employee training and development.
Process leave requests and maintain/update the employee leave tracker.
Prepare attendance summary reports for monthly salary processing.
Process employee benefits.
Assist new joiners with joining formalities and coordinate their induction/orientation.
Prepare employee contracts.
Perform any other duties assigned by the reporting officer.
