Ensure all the general compliance requirements with respective HROs/HR Managers in each Unit.
Participate in Disciplinary Hearings, monitor, advise and ensure in all units with respective HR Managers/Officers and keep Cluster HR informed.
Participate in poor work performance management in all units, monitor, advise and ensure the respective HR Managers/Officers and keep Cluster HR informed.
Monitor, advise and ensure WCF Claims with appropriate trackers and follow ups.
Build healthy functional relations with unions so as to be informed with the latest and anticipated events. Mediate and resolve routine conflicts and meet union Chairman and Secretary at least once in a quarter in each unit.
All communications between union and management related to discipline, poor performance or grievance must be in writing and the same to be vetted and confirmed.
Collect copy of all employment related letters or notices received from unions, local authorities, courts, government bodies, other institutions and agencies and report immediately to HLD.
Beware of court cases and arrange all related documents and records in the safe custody and follow up.
Conserve company money and assets.
Report to concerned department HOD after consulting with HLD if any discrepancy or inappropriateness noticed in any of the above matters concerned.
Regular interaction with Unit HR, Cluster HRs and Unit Heads.
Prepare and submit monthly reports to HLD and HR Director.
