Job Description

Monitor and update inwards and outwards
Supervision for all loading and offloading activity in the warehouse
Update bin cards as per received and delivered goods.
Ensure tracking deliveries of all kind vehicle/papers to all branches and customers.
Ensure stock verification as per bin cards and ERP data twice in a month.
Responsible for number plate registration as per FIFO stock and sales requirement monthly wise.
Responsible to count, check and update received number plates and registration cards.
Follow up pending registration cards & number plates with venders and dispatch timely to dealers.
To give full information about all goods receive in plant to management
Delivery documents preparation for CKD, CBU and promotional items
Prepare monthly and daily warehouse reports
Ensure and update GRN and delivery Notes
Provide the Raw material and CKD boxes for Daily assembly as per plan
Record keeping.
Manage warehouse floor and space
Co-ordinate with drivers about delivery and update to management
Ensure and update incoming and outgoing goods quality and quantity
Ensure the materials and goods safety in warehouse
Manage and update audit activities and warehouse
Maintain the 5s and safety in the ware house
Co-ordinate with plant manager for truck requirement and planning
All other duties deemed necessary
Available and willing to perform overtime, including weekends.
Be willingness to comply with work orders and work instructions, respond to verbal instruction and any other task assigned by your reporting officer
