Job Description

Daily Data Capture & Validation

Collect and validate workshop performance metrics, including vehicle counts (major and minor repairs), throughput, mechanic productivity, repair turnaround time (TAT), and repeat repairs.
Record on-road breakdown details, including cause, resolution time, and frequency.
Track driver-related data such as repair TAT compliance, breakdown trends, and accident reports.

Data Consolidation & Reporting

Accurately input data into a centralized system.
Prepare and format data for dashboard integration, highlighting inconsistencies for resolution.

Timeliness & Compliance

Meet all daily and weekly reporting deadlines.
Adhere to data governance standards to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Dashboard Support

Collaborate with the Reporting Officer to ensure smooth data flow into visualization tools (Power BI, Excel).
Identify and resolve data discrepancies affecting reports.

Truck & Trailer Legal Documentation Management

Oversee truck and trailer documentation for Glenrich Transportation Co. Ltd (GTCL).
Manage legal documentation for all MeTL Group branches, including agricultural estates.
Ensure full compliance with all legal requirements for vehicle operations across MeTL units.

Regulatory Permit Administration

Coordinate GCLA (Government Chemist Laboratory Authority) permits for Glenrich, 21st Century Textiles, CSU, ECOF, and external/private clients.
Manage TANROADS permits for all MeTL transport operations.
Obtain City Council permits to enable legal loading and offloading within designated urban centers.

Customs Bonded Warehouse Supervision

Supervise the MeTL Agro bonded warehouse under Bond No. 657.
Ensure all bonded warehouse activities are properly documented and fully compliant with customs regulations.
