Job Description

1. TRA ENTRY FOLLOW UP

- Keep a record of the TRA entries and follow up on cancellations if any.

- Follow-ups for the required documents for Road shipment required by TRA.

2. RECORD KEEPING

- Keep excel record for the closed files
- Arrange files in order and must have access to all the times.

3. PREPARE CONTAINER IN AND OUT REPORT - CFS

4. EXPORT DOCUMENTATION (BY SEA / BY ROAD/BY AIR

- Drafting the documents

- Contact shipping lines and other authorities and get the draft documents done.

- Co-ordinating with co-staff and arrange the original documents upon final confirmation from the reporting officer.

- Follow up on each file till it is closed.

5. MUST HANDLE OTHER TASKS IN ABSENSE OF FELLOW TEAMMATE
