• Collect payment receipts and maintain proper filing records.
• Provide documents for EFD issuance and sales booking to the respective units, and follow up accordingly.
• Follow up on and maintain records of TRA assessments and EFD receipts.
• Communicate with shipping lines and other relevant authorities, and arrange export documentation.
• Prepare export documentation for sea shipments.
• Follow up on original shipment documents.
• Prepare document sets and scan final documents for record keeping.
• Prepare bank negotiation documents.
• Arrange dispatch of documents to the concerned units and overseas customers.
• Prepare border documentation files for road consignments whenever necessary.
• Assist other staff members with their work during their absence.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the superior.
