Job Description

Safe Operation & Maintenance: Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the sewage water treatment plant, adhering to all safety protocols and environmental regulations.
Process Monitoring & Optimization: Continuously monitor plant processes and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Plant Startups & Shutdowns: Perform systematic startups and shutdowns of the plant, following established procedures to maintain operational integrity.
Equipment Operation & Maintenance: Operate and maintain analyzers, effluent transfer pumps, and the final water filtration system to ensure optimal performance.
Instrumentation Monitoring: Regularly observe gauges and other indicators to verify that all machinery is functioning correctly and to detect any anomalies.
Work Environment Maintenance: Maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment by adhering to housekeeping standards and promptly addressing any safety concerns.
Operational Review & Problem Solving: Constantly assess plant operations to monitor production and quality, proactively identifying and resolving issues, and seeking opportunities for improvement.
Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive records of key production variables, including plant uptime and utility consumption, on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis as required.
