Job Description

Prepares and controls the annual operating budget and the labour force estimation for the project.
Control the production cost by supervising the quality and quantity of work performed.
Requests protective devices, materials, agrochemical, and tools required as the project budget and control their proper utilization.
Develops, implements, and maintains improved management systems with the view to creating opportunities for improvements.
Takes due responsibility and accountability for managing and controlling resources and property allocated for work within the area of responsibility.
Handle labour cases and grievances and manages to settle them amicably.
Creates and maintains a conducive working environment that enhances worker's involvement in achieving organizational objectives.
Prepare and submits the periodical activity status and special reports as necessary on time.
Any other task given by the reporting officer or management.
