Job Description

Ensure the daily cleaning & routine check done as per schedule.
Inform the Reporting Officer immediately if there is any breakdown.
Rectify the fault and reduce the down time.
Ensure machine settings & requirements are as per standards.
Ensure GHK and GMP to be adhered according to SOP of machine.
Ensure maintenance schedule is done in time and adhere to task list given.
Ensure to keep safe custody of tools, machine components, and change parts.
Responsible for all the machines parts and components even during Maintenance and the Idle time if any.
Strictly maintain the shift reporting time and break timings.
Without handing over the charge you are not supposed to leave your machine or work area.
Obtain Permission from the reporting officer before leaving.
Follow the instructions as given by Reporting Officer and Supervisors.
Ensure timely communication for consumables of machine to reporting supervisor.
Ensure the proper communication during handover of responsibility to the next shift.
Ensure to take responsibility of trouble shooting in times of breakdown.
Ensure the availability of Power are as per machine requirements.
Ensure the machine safety and men safety interlocks are in place.
Ensure to be aware of usage procedure of fire extinguisher.
The Technician is expected to accept the shuffling of location of responsibility during the need of hour basis.
The Technician is expected to accept any other job assigned by management at any given time during the period of employment.
Understanding the root cause of Electrical faults and Preventive steps to be taken to reduce the breakdowns.
Prepare Maintenance plans and discuss with reporting officer.
Understand Maintenance Schedules and carryout under the guidance of Supervisor/Engineers.
Timely feedback of machine maintenance, Performance and Breakdown to reporting officer.
Control the unwanted lighting in day time & Idle time.
