Job Description

Promote and Sell 2W & 3W vehicles, services and spare parts to Customers.
Visit 2W & 3W parks to market Bajaj Products to Riders and fleet owners
Identify spare parts retailers and sell Bajaj spare parts.
Communicate the advantages of Bajaj 2W & 3W over competitors to potential customers.
Attend to walk -in customers, providing products information and assistance.
Arrange and conduct meetings with riders and fleet owners to discuss product benefits.
Facilitate finance options for riders and fleet owners through financial institutions.
Execute on ground marketing and demand generating events in the area as per monthly plan to boost retails sales.
Consistently achieves sales targets in the assigned branch and territory.
Seek necessary approvals from the reporting officer (RO) and prepare regular sales reports for the showroom manager/In-charge and Reporting officer.
Identify and establish relationships with new dealer in the assigned territory.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly and Monthly sales reports.
Maintain a list of prospective customers for follow-up and future sales opportunities.
Follow- up on payment collection from debtors and ensure timely settlement.
Ensure the signature is obtained on a ledger from customer for documentation.
