Job Description

Assist the sales team in improving productivity by contacting customers to schedule appointments and ensuring that all Sales Representatives have access to high-quality, up-to-date sales support materials.
Handle urgent calls, emails, and messages in the absence of Sales Representatives, respond to customer inquiries, communicate delivery delays, arrange delivery schedules, and coordinate marketing events.
Process orders received via phone, email, or mail, ensuring that pricing, discounts, and product codes are accurate.
Enter customer orders into the system, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements and delivered accurately and on time.
Coordinate with the Accounts Department to ensure smooth processing of sales transactions and customer accounts.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient handling of sales activities, marketing initiatives, customer inquiries, and product deliveries.
Develop and maintain effective filing systems for sales records, prepare reports, and provide necessary financial information to the Finance Department.
Assist in the recruitment, training, and performance monitoring of sales staff to ensure achievement of sales targets and objectives.
Manage sales-related budgets, including expenses for incentives, marketing activities, and travel.
Promote the company’s products and services effectively to maximize customer interest and sales opportunities.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and procedures.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Handle the sales of two-wheelers, three-wheelers, and spare parts, ensuring excellent customer service and achievement of sales targets.
