Job Description

 

  • Responsible for offloading buckets received from different suppliers.
  • Follow up with suppliers regarding goods vehicles.
  • Prepare daily reports and reconcile received goods.
  • Verify invoice quantities before offloading buckets.
  • Supervise the complete offloading process of buckets from trucks.
  • Check the received quantity against the invoice quantity and report any variance.
  • Verify that the number of lids matches the number of buckets.
  • Prepare GRNs for received goods.
  • Issue packaging materials to the filling section as per requests, ensuring proper counting.
  • Segregate damaged goods and return them to the respective suppliers on a monthly basis, with proper documentation and reconciliation with accounts.
  • Ensure caps and seals are properly stored to avoid mismatches in production.
  • Perform monthly stock reconciliation with the filling section and accounts, and submit reports.
  • Conduct monthly physical stock verification and reconciliation.
  • Ensure the safety and security of all company assets in the Filling Unit.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area in the packing store.
  • Inspect inward materials at the time of receipt and match them with invoices/delivery notes.
  • Enter data into the ERP system on a daily basis.
  • Cross-check book quantities against ERP records daily.
  • Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
