Job Description

Ensure all plant operational activities are carried out in a timely manner.
Maintain received stock as per annexure, packing list, and RO entries in the system.
Check and verify all received 2W and 3W goods and update the Excel sheet with complete details.
Update GRN records in Excel on a weekly basis.
Coordinate with the sales team and management regarding vehicle registrations.
Before sending files to vendors, ensure all documents are accurate and matched (Annexure, Packing List, and RO).
Update and monitor inward and outward movement of registration cards.
Coordinate and monitor registration card orders and receipts, and control aging accordingly.
Follow up on pending registration cards and number plates with vendors and dispatch them to dealers on time.
Prepare delivery documents for CKD, CBU, and promotional items.
Conduct timely stock verification as per delivery records and supporting documents.
Ensure and manage delivery and logistics for dealers and branches.
Update monthly opening and closing stock of stationery and housekeeping items.
Prepare daily and monthly stock reports and verify them with the Accounts Department.
Coordinate with the Accounts and Sales Departments to plan deliveries as per requirements.
Maintain 5S standards and safety in the warehouse.
Ensure and update records of incoming and outgoing goods in terms of quality and quantity.
Manage all loading and unloading activities in the warehouse.
Ensure the safety and proper storage of materials and goods in the warehouse.
Manage and update warehouse audit activities and records.
Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager to arrange trucks for daily dispatch against invoices and ensure completion on a daily basis.
Be willing to work on weekends if required.
Comply with work orders, work instructions, verbal instructions, and any other tasks assigned by the Reporting Officer.
