Job Description

Welcome all customers and guests to the showroom and direct them to the appropriate areas.
Manage customers calls, providing information and assistance as needed.
Tracks all customers inquiries made over the telephone in the inquiry tracker
Address customer Complaints promptly and report unresolved issues to the appropriate officer for Resolution.
Follow up all inquiries made over the phone to convert prospects into customers.
Follow up on online tenders and Customer Appointments to ensure timely responses
Report all complaints that cannot be resolved to the supervisor for immediate attention
Prepare and Submit daily, weekly and monthly reports as required by reporting Officer.
Support all Sales and Marketing activities in the Showroom when needed.
