Job Description

  • Welcome all customers and guests to the showroom and direct them to the appropriate areas.
  • Manage customer calls, providing accurate information and assistance as needed.
  • Record all customer inquiries made over the telephone in the inquiry tracker.
  • Address customer complaints promptly and report any unresolved issues to the appropriate officer for resolution.
  • Follow up on all inquiries made over the phone to convert prospects into customers.
  • Follow up on online tenders and customer appointments to ensure timely responses.
  • Report any complaints that cannot be resolved to the supervisor for immediate attention.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by the reporting officer.
  • Support all sales and marketing activities in the showroom as needed.
  • Carry out other related tasks as assigned by the reporting officer.
