Job Description

Maintain and monitor factory machinery to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Ensure smooth, efficient, and continuous operation of corrugation machines throughout the production process.
Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and comply with all health and safety regulations at all times.
Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks to minimize the risk of machine breakdowns.
Diagnose and repair machinery promptly in the event of malfunctions or breakdowns.
Accurately measure and feed raw materials into machines to maintain consistent production quality.
Conduct periodic inspections of machine output to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
Identify and remove damaged or defective products from the production line to uphold quality control.
Package finished goods in accordance with company specifications and quality standards.
Execute additional duties as assigned by the reporting officer to support operational needs.
