Job Description

Online application of Ministry of Agriculture Certificates and Permits, follow up, payment, and collection of original documents.
Online application of Atomic Energy Certificates, follow up, payment, arrange samples from concerned units, submit samples, and collection of original documents.
Online application of Sisal Board Permits / Licenses, follow up, payment, and collection of original documents.
Online application of Cotton Board Permits / License, follow up, payment, and collection of original documents.
Online application of Cashew Board Permits / License, follow up, payment, and collection of original documents.
Online application of Certificate of Origin from Chamber of Commerce, payment, follow-up, and collection of original certificates.
Payment and collection of BLS, SO, and RO, having seals from shipping lines.
Submission of export documents to the bank.
Applying assessment in TRA online system.
Prepare Verified Gross Mass (VGM) certificate and interchange for the export containers.
Arrange pre/post export documents – invoice, packing list, fumigation certificate, etc.
Keep a record of all the Certificates / Permits / Licenses applied.
Must handle all work if any of the staff is not present.
