Job Description

Preparing the daily log sheet is duly filled and maintained.
Inform the Reporting Officer immediately if there is any breakdown.
Operate the machine, for all pack sizes and flavors.
Ensure machine settings are as per standards.
Ensure GHK and GMP are adhered to according to the SOP of the machine.
Ensure the maintenance schedule is done on time and adhere to the task list given.
Ensure to keep safe custody of tools and machine components.
Responsible for all the machines parts and components during Maintenance and the Idle time if any.
Strictly maintain the shift reporting time and break timings.
Without handing over the charge you are not supposed to leave your machine or work area, Obtain Permission from the reporting officer before leaving.
Follow the instructions as given by the Superiors
Ensure timely communication for Brix variation in the machine.
Ensure the timely Flushing and CIP of tanks.
Ensure proper communication during the handover of responsibility to the next shift
Ensure to take responsibility for troubleshooting in times of breakdown.
Ensure the utility requirements-air, chilled water, and power are according to machine standards.
Ensure the machine's safety is in place.
The operator is expected to accept the shuffling of the location of responsibility on the need of hour basis.
The operator is expected to accept any other job assigned by management at any given time during the period of employment
The operator should adhere to the guidelines of do’s and do ‘not’s list given by his Reporting Officer
Perform & Ensure daily cleanliness of the machine and surroundings.
