Job Description

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide information about products, services, and promotions to customers.
  • Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and resolving billing issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and patience.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors for resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow company policies and procedures when handling customer inquiries and requests.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including call quality, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Adhere to call center scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance with company standards.
