Job Description

Oversee the daily operations of the call center to ensure high levels of customer service and efficient handling of inquiries. Develop and implement strategies to improve performance through training programs, quality assurance processes, and performance metrics. Coordinate with other departments to maintain a seamless flow of information and customer support.

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement campaigns across digital, print, and event channels. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and the competitive landscape to guide strategies and campaigns.

Manage the company’s social media presence by ensuring consistent brand messaging and active engagement with the target audience. Create and curate compelling content for various platforms, including posts, stories, and advertisements. Monitor trends and analytics to optimize performance and audience interaction.

Introduce creative ideas for marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives. Lead brainstorming sessions and work closely with the creative team to develop innovative solutions. Continuously explore new tools, technologies, and platforms to strengthen marketing efforts.

Oversee multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve successful execution and monitor progress, adjusting strategies as needed. Provide regular reports on outcomes to senior management.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitches to attract potential clients.
